Good positive energy resource

Great information to deal with the energy vampires that suck out energy levels. Overall, I found the book very positive, and it contains a lot of good practical information. I particularly liked the information in chapter 7 because it discusses how social media and traditional media can negatively influence your state of mind. In addition, chapter 3 introduces the concept of energy vampires and how it can affect your energy levels. If you are looking to gain more positive energy, then check this book out.

A good book on understanding different types of energies. It helps learn the good and bad types of energy and how it can affect you both physically and mentally. Also, the author gives tips to change your energy and how it can affect you. A very good book and I will recommend this one to all my peers.
