impressive collection!
These are an effective and impressive hypnosis sessions. Their focus is on changing your mind about food and exercise, which for me works to get me to the gym on those days where I don't feel like going. Going to the gym then makes me crave healthier foods, so it's a healthy cycle. Nice!
