Great book making it all so effortless

This audiobook offers a refreshing approach to weight loss through hypnosis, helping you to reprogram your subconscious beliefs about weight and health. I thought the background music was great and so relaxing and loved the narration. It means it is very easy to take on board and actually do the exercises.

Covering the mind-body connection, mindful eating, and overcoming food addiction, it aims to - and it does - make it all feel natural and effortless.

The book's focus on positive affirmations and self-hypnosis provides a basis for lasting change, contrasting sharply with unsustainable fad diets and extreme exercise programs (which I never stick to).

A great book for those seeking a natural and enjoyable path to lasting weight loss.

Steps for positive healthy improvements

The development of positive health mindset is so important for anyone over weight, or anyone who needs or wants to become more healthy. Granted the title of the book makes the book not specifically geared for me, but there are so many great healthy suggestions and guided steps for those looking for a more healthy lifestyle. I love the chapter that discussed time management and how not to set yourself up for failure. For example, the author suggests you set a goal or weight training for 20 minutes a day instead of setting a specific time to workout. That way, if you miss the time, all isn’t lost for the day. The key is to get that 20 minutes, Highly recommend for your health!

I love this audiobook. It’s so helpful.

I listen to this audiobook every single night. It is so good and so helpful. The hypnosis section and the weight loss affirmation and positive body image affirmations are so helpful for me. If you can change the way your mind thinks to change the way you act and the way you are. This is really true. I’ve been using thisAudible for almost a month now and I have noticed that I am eating smaller portions of food. I am enjoying my food more and making much better food. I’ve lost some weight and more importantly my mindset is changed and I feel so much better about about myself.
