Swinging shifter bachelor gets the surprise of his life. Is he up to the challenge?

Voted a favorite series by PNR Lovers!

Lion-shifter Dell O'Roarke has never been serious about life, but life is about to get serious with him. The beautiful stranger who has just arrived in Maui isn't looking for just anyone - she's looking for him. And that's not just any surprise she's brought along - it's a baby who looks a hell of a lot like Dell. Soon, he discovers there's more at stake than his lifestyle as a swinging bachelor.

Vengeful shifters are hot on the stranger's heels, making Dell wonder - are they after the woman, the baby, or him?

Marketing executive manager Anjali Jain hasn't taken a vacation in years - and she sure isn't on vacation now. She's simply keeping a promise, and then she'll be back to climbing the corporate ladder. But there's nothing simple about taking care of a baby - or handing that baby off to a handsome, mysterious stranger who feels like a long-lost friend.

Easygoing, relaxed Dell isn't her type, but the more he reluctantly reveals of his hidden side, the deeper she falls in love - and the more mysteries she discovers. How can one man possibly awaken so many lusts and desires? What evil forces lurk behind the sudden death of her best friend? And why does she have the feeling there's something not quite human about the murderers - or about Dell?

Rebel Lion

I enjoyed listening to Rebel Lion. The story of Dell was a change from the norm. Anjali's life has been turned upside down. She just lost her best friend and is now on a quest to find her daughter a home. Anjali finds herself in none other than Maui, seeking out the infamous ladies man Dell O'Roarke. Ready to find the baby a home and return to her very well manicured life in Chicago, Anjali had no idea how much of a paradise Maui could be.

All good things must come to an end. Anjali comes roaring into Dell's life. Now Dell finds himself the father to a little lion cub, only it isn't his. Dell now has to make one of the biggest decisions of his life, give the child up or raise it like it is his own. Not only that, his lion claims to have found his mate! I received a copy of Rebel Lion from the author.

CUPIDS PEARLS.

Absolutely love this series. Wonderful to see Dell'S true nature shine and love come into his life, that good triumphed over the enemy's mercenaries and more people added to this like minded village of shifters. Really looking forward to finding out who destiny brings into the picture next. The narrator' brings the smallest details to life that l missed in the ebook when l read it. Recommended Read.🤓

Oh this was fantastic

Dell O'Roarke is a lion shifter and part of the shifter crew of Koakea plantation. He is never serious about anything.

Anjali Jain is an ad executive. Who hasn't taken a vacation in years. Right now she is keeping a promise to her dead friend and take her baby to a mysterious stranger or take care of her. Oh yes and did I mention evil forces are behind her friend's death? There is also an old enemy back too as one more pearl picks someone worthy.
Great story! So full of action, fantastic storyline, awesome characters, mystery, drama, and more. I love this series it's amazing and couldn't out it down. Can't wait for the next book!

Another great audio book in this series

I just Anna's narrator. She makes the books so enjoyable. This book is about Dell, one of the shifters of KoaKea. We learn that Dell had a brother who was part of the Special Forces group of shifters. Quentin was killed by an IED and Dell will never get over losing his brother. He considers Quentin the "good" O'Roarke brother. The serious, honorable brother who tried to teach him to be the same.

Dell and Chase are returning from work on a Sunday evening, when Dell has a feeling that things are about to change for him. A taxi passes them on the dirt road to the plantation, the road that no one travels except the shifters. Who could it have dropped off? The beautiful woman standing on the porch has his lion dancing inside him. When he sees the baby that is his spitting image he is stunned. He has no memory of the woman, and he is always very careful about contraception.

It turns out that the baby is Quentin's daughter, and the woman is the mother's best friend. Anjali explains that Lourdes, the baby mama, has died. It took a lot of phone calls and some pulls on heart strings to get Dell's information out of the military database. Now Dell has some real problems. What is he going to do with a baby, and how is he going to convince his lion to let Anjali go?

I loved this story. Anjali is great female character, and baby Quinn is a real show stopper. I like the way Dell is so determined to do right by his brother, whatever that entails. You will love this book.

Yes! Dell's turn!

Boy, I'll tell you what, Anna never disappoints!

This is book 3 in the pearls of desire series, which comes hot on the heels of the other aloha shifter series. This is Dell's story - laid back lion who is good with kids, finds out that he in fact has his own child. Anjali fulfills her promise to bring Dell his child after a brutal murder makes Dell the only parent around. She didn't expect to do more than that, but Dell is more than what he seems. ..and there's the pesky problem of bad guys trying to kill one or of them

If you haven't read these books, you really should. Each can be read by themselves, but the true depth of the story arcs can be best appreciated by reading them from beginning (book 1) to this latest.

Dell and Anjali

Fun-loving Dell steps up when he finds out his deceased brother has a baby girl. Things get really suspenseful and heated when Dell and Anjali, the baby's caretaker after the baby's mother dies, return to Chicago for Dell to sign adoption papers. Both Dell and Anjali were too busy thinking a relationship with the other would not work instead of focusing on how it could work. Anjali's new boss is an enemy of the Maui shifters. Things get hairy when she sees Dell. She even propositions him. Dell and Anjali try to flee back to Maui. During a layover in Honolulu, trouble follows them in the airport. This is an excellent story. Fits in with the storyline although each book is different. Kelsey Osborne's narration is getting better with each book. I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great series! Love a lion shifter!

The narrator is good, and she has a clear voice. There is a bit too much excitement in her voice at times, but overall, I'd recommend the audio for Rebel Lion, the listening experience was fun.

The premise for this one didn't click with me, so I almost did a 3 star, but everything else was great, so I went with 4 stars. The writing and the characters are both great! The premise isn't a bad one, it's just something that's not my thing, so I'm sure other readers will be fine with the scenario between Dell and Anjali. This is part of a series, but could be read as a standalone. I'd recommend reading the whole series to get the full story that plays out through the series. Dell and Anjali meet when Anjali brings a baby to Dell in Hawaii that he has a connection with. Dell is a lion shifter and has led a carefree life so far, so he's not sure he's up to the task of dealing with a baby. There's something about Anjali and the baby that draws him in though. Dell and Anjali work together to care for the baby, but there are dangerous people that may be out to harm Anjali and the baby, so Dell needs to find a way to protect them. I loved seeing how the group is doing, and I always enjoy the dash of action that Anna Lowe puts into her books. The romance is sweet, and I liked both Anjali and Dell. Dell is the carefree one, and Anjali is the workaholic type, but these 2 complement each other and make the other better. Overall, I enjoyed the story and look forward to the next!

Terrific!

Anjali goes to Koa Point to take a baby to her uncle. Dell, a sexy lion shifter, is the uncle but the baby looks so much like him everybody thinks he is the father. He is drawn to Anjali and as time goes on and more troubles arise they grow closer. Dell is laid back and full of fun but he starts to grow up and realize what his life has been lacking. Great story and characters. Wonderful narration.
