The 2016 election AU you didn't know you needed
If you speak sarcasm fluently and wish the 2016 election had a different ending then I highly recommend this book. Sweet, funny, and a great fluffy read.

Beautifully told and witty
I enjoyed listening to all fifteen chapters! I always read the book before watching the movie, but in this case I did it backwards not knowing there was a book. LOVED the movie and it stayed closely to the book so it was a win win situation.

Wow, this debut novel by Ms. McQuiston will be one of my top five of 2019. Whimsical, yet poignant. Don't miss out on this crackerjack story! And, the narration by Ramon de Ocampo was impeccable! This was my first book by this narrator. I'll be seeking out others by him.

More than a romance
I'm not a big romance fan but this is way more than that. The back drop of GLBTQ+ love and acceptance. That moment with his mom provoked the ugly cry from this mamma bear. The thought of a different kind of family in the White House in 2016 also broke me. Maybe one day soon we can make history, huh?
