Audio was horrible

I really wanted to like this book. I set it to play when I went to bed. What I could hear was really nice, but it was nearly impossible for me to understand anything the narrator said. It was like he had his hand over his mouth. Turning up the volume did not help. I’m really disappointed, because what little I heard (a candle image, etc) seemed like it’d be helpful. You can kind of hear my issue in the sample, it’s like there is static? Frustrating.
