liked the story. it seems to me to be a prequel to 6 pack ranch. loved the love story. and it is also a determination story it was a must read.

Memory Gaps

I totally enjoyed everything about Katy Thompson and Gage Jenick. From the very beginning, I was all in with these two. I love the way things start, the twists, and the fight for what they both want, need.

I just 💙LOVE💚 Gage. Even when he's worried that he's in over his head, he finds a way. He's incredibly sweet and so stinking HOT!

When his past comes up, I can appreciate the different aspects of it. I may have gotten a bit angry on his behalf when an unauthorized release of minor information was used in court. I can't say more, but I was ready to throw down. ⚖️🥊

I read along while listening to the audio book. The narrator is the lovely Tatiana Sokolov. She's easy to listen to. 🎧😊

Katie Thompson has loved Gage Jenick since she was small, Gage wanted after Katie since she first showed signs of being a woman.

After one night of passion, Gage takes a job in an area with absolutely no cell phone coverage, Internet and the like. After their one night, Katie is in an accident that leaves her with sporadic amnesia. One thing she doesn't remember is her night with Gage.

I suggest not reading the publisher summary as it gives the ending away.

I love the Rocky Mountain series and the Thompson Brothers & Son series, I will listen to anything by Vivian Arend except for her Fantasy/Wolverene box – those aren't my thing.

Tatiana Sokolof is the narrator for most of books by Vivian Arend. While I do enjoy her performances, I like to listen at 1.25 times or 1.5 times to get a nice quality sound. That is just a personal preference of mine.

4 stars all around and

I cannot wait to continue with both of the series (Thompson & Six Pack Ranch) - these are some of my favorites - saving them!

Awesome Love Story

Katy and Gage's love story is so poignant. You'll find yourself cheering for them as they struggle with one set back after another. Don't miss this one.

good quick read

okay so I did win this book but I'm going to give my honest opinion because that's the kind of person I am. It was a good quick read. for being the first in the series I felt a little lost I hadn't read the series before I read her previous series and love them. it was not a copy of any book that I read before it did have some twists and turns some things that I didn't see coming which is hard when you read a lot of romance novels to not see things coming. bottom line would I continually this year yes it was a good read some surprises enough for me to be intrigued or more in this year's although I may have to see what came before this to make sure I am on number 1 and to expand this world a little bit to be not as lost as I was although it is a standalone you don't need to know the people it just seems like you should.
