It’s on there!

While I love the OTT probably never going to happen love and action stories, i also love the realistic, real person stories as well. This is just one of those books that encompasses everything. Think I’ll actually finish this series. Have to say I loved this one. Looking fwd to the next one!

Fall in love 🥰

This is sweet, love blooms and tears in my eyes. I’ve had this book for about a year, I’ve tried to listen a few times but I guess it just wasn’t the right time. Listen 🎧 it’s really sweet with just enough love 💗

Loved the narrators. The Louisiana accent was great. Story was well done. Overall would definitely recommend.

Read the book first

I'm no stranger to sandy and crystals Kings. I have followed this series from book 1 of the Montana chapter. In the book Defy, I think, it's mentioned that Riggs' Cajun accent is not overly pronounced but the voice actor definitely had that accent with his speaking roles. I will mention that I was impressed by the different tones and ability to change his voice for different characters. But when the female voice actor did the voice of Riggs while in Luna's POV it came across sounding Russian a few times.
Otherwise I really enjoyed this. I'm new to audiobooks so I don't have a huge comparison but I enjoyed this.

omg I love this series. I have listed to each book so for several times. I cant wait for the rest of the series to come out in audio. The narrators are fantastic. I have loved all the books from these two authors.

Was not expecting the accents but I loved it

Surprisingly good…

I really enjoyed this book despite it lacking most of the things I enjoy in this romance genre…

This FMC, Luna, was in introduced in another series and this was continuation of her story…

What I loved the moooost was that FMC was over 25 AND mature!! She did not create drama or conflict and she had a disability… she really was like how someone her age, and situation would act, acted… it was soooooooo refreshing to listen to…and Riggs was smart, adjusted… all the good things…even though I didn’t care for the “bayou” accent… I really enjoyed this book…

I can't say enough good things about this book. It addressed everything I've been complaining that were lacking in other books I’ve read lately in this genre, especially how immature and self serving the FMCs tend to be written… the only reason I’m not giving it 5 star is the lack of 🌶️, there was some insinuation and that’s not why we read these books… just sayin…and I would have loved to see the relationship between Luna and her father and maybe a tad when she met her grandma? Also, I don’t like when books end with pregnancy it’s like they can be happy without it but that’s just me and it’s a weird ick, I get it….

If you read this badly written review all the way through, just go ahead and grab the book, will ya?

Wow.

What an intense read. Riggs is an Alpha man through and through. Luna bless her heart. She definitely has not had it easy. Her and Riggs are perfect. Loved it. Nova here we come. Can’t wait.

Narration was rough but enjoyed the book

The book was great. I liked how Riggs and Luna fell in love. However, the narration was rough. Riggs had a very thick Cajun accent making him difficult to understand. I had to slow the speed down to keep up with his character.
