Liked the story
Didn’t like the female performer. I skipped through most of the end as Shedlock does not read as much as Wyles especially at the end.
Overall though, it’s a food book even if I only heard the end in bits and pieces. 5 star performance was for Aaron Shedlock- didn’t want to slight him.

Loved going thru the series of all the brothers and sisters, getting to know the characters so well.
A couple of the narrators voices didn’t go with their picture and us ladies have to look at the picture!!

Sappy but entertaining
Layla is one of the snappier authors in this genre but she doesn't drag the gotcha moments on forever. Sappy is the amount 'love', 'emotional chemistry', perfect guy, etc. The series is definitely worth the listen as, I am sure, the next series based on the Cousins will be.

Amazing story and narrators!
The story was great, entertaining and fun. The only thing that was bothersome is maybe doing more research on the area your writing about. I can assure you there are no colorful fish in Lake Tahoe.I lived near Tahoe for almost 30 years and know the area well. I know its odd but I got stuck on that bit and it bothered me for some reason. other than that it was an amazing story.
