About this listen

The old battle tactics were useless for the U.S. soldiers in Vietnam, who were fighting a guerrilla war on foreign soil for the first time in American history. With the depth and honesty of Steel My Soldiers' Hearts, SEAL Warrior sheds light on the operations of the SEAL teams in Vietnam and shows how the SEALs laid the foundation for the modern guerrilla warfare that is used today.

It also documents how one young American survived, fought, and grew to honor and trust many who had once been his enemy. With America again involved in guerrilla warfare, SEAL Warrior honors the unique abilities, understanding, courage, and insight of these warriors who hope and fight for nothing less than peace.

Kick Arse Action and Extrodinary Americanism

This was well played in the fields of death, then well conceived, well written & tells a great true story of Americans being...well, American! USA, USA, USA.

Spot on

Excellent story excellent narrator the dry humor and wit got better and better throughout the book. The job they did and the way they did it shows how great of professionals they were. My thanks to the men in green faces.

Seal Warrior

An excellent book. Being a Viet Nam Vet and having been on a Recon Team this is what it was like. A real true to life book on Viet Nam. Things can vary widely between one part of Viet Nam and the next but it's all Nam.Great Book.

Entertaining, worth the money

What made the experience of listening to SEAL Warrior the most enjoyable?

A good story from the Vietnam war written by someone who was there. I found it to be entertaining and a bit different from the usual war story.

This is an entirely different world!

This story helps make sense of the question I have had about how anyone could be a Navy seal. The story was believable and horrifying and inspiring. Thank God for the men to go to war for us to protect us and preserve our freedom.

As a former Marine of Golf Company 2nd Battalion 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division; I Thoroughly Enjoyed Listening to What My Predecessors Had Accomplished. I Was Not Old Enough to Go to Vietnam. However, I was old enough to understand what was going on in the world and that is what made me choose to join “The Few, The Proud, The Marines”.

I take this book to heart as I was trained by the best military service in the world. The lessons they learned in Vietnam are lessons that will never be forgotten and used to better the Most Elite Military Fighting Force on the Planet, the Military Men and Women of All Branches Who Have Had the Privilege to Serve the United States of America so That This Country Can Preserve the Freedom that Many Take for Granted and/or Do Not Realize What Our Freedom Cost Us with the Physical Pains and Psychological Pain and Losses of Our Fellow Brothers and Sisters, nor the Discomforts That the United States Military’s Men and Women Go Through to be Trained to Fight and Protect Each Other on the Frontlines of War.

For those of you who rely on the media to keep you informed of what is/has happened across the global war zones; I can tell you the News and Media is only telling you what our Politicians want you to know.

I REFER TO THE NEWS AND MEDIA AS “THE LIE“.
It is by reading books written by the men and women who served that you will obtain the real truth.
