Great Advice!

This book was full of so much information. As someone who has studied psychology, I found this book to be a plethora of information on self-care for just about anyone. This is the real deal

I appreciate how this book focuses on helping men to unravel the harmful stereotypes around being a black man and embrace their emotions, confront trauma ans be mindful of their self, body, and health. got this book for my husband and had to read it first. Can't wait to share it with him.

This came at the right time
