Much Needed reminder about self care

As a mom of three kids, 6 years old, 2 years old and 9 months old..... self care takes a back seat to just about everything. This book had me laughing (and thinking) about how little self care I do for myself. I really enjoyed the listen as it was light. It did not make me feel worse about not taking better care of myself and came across as encouraging instead of preachy. There are small self care tasks that it talks about to sneak in some self care among the chaos of life. I could relate to so much of this book. I find myself going back to listen just for another laugh!
