Story
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Shortly thereafter he recorded The Strangest Secret which went on to earn a gold record and became the largest selling non-entertainment recording in record industry history. Think and Grow Rich is the standard against which all motivational books are measured. The book (and audiobook) has helped millions of people create their own success and realize their dreams.

Story
In Everthing Is F*cked, Mark Manson turns his gaze from the inevitable flaws within each individual self to the endless calamities taking place in the world around us. Drawing from the pool of psychological research on these topics, as well as the timeless wisdom of philosophers such as Plato, Nietzsche, and Tom Waits, he dissects religion and politics and the uncomfortable ways they have come to resemble one another. He looks at our relationships with money, entertainment, and the internet, and how too much of a good thing can psychologically eat us alive.

Publisher's summary
In this audiobook, you will find four separate books with interrelated subtopics:
Title 1: How do you find a balance in life? How do you feel peace inside, even if you don’t have everything you want? How do you become more productive, selfless, or less of a worrier?
These are questions many people have, and even though sometimes, the answer is obvious, the application of the principles involved, isn’t always easy. But with help, and with knowledge, you can become more powerful and focused than you’ve ever been before. So give yourself a break and get a mind boost through encouraging, motivational, deep thoughts and insights from a deep author who constantly re-evaluates her life.
Title 2: The best way to learn what’s possible is to look at what others have done. It is easier to believe you can accomplish something if others before you have shown the path to be walked upon. Moreover, some things you can tell yourself will get you through even the toughest of days, and these are all included in this motivational guide.
How you can achieve more success, is also addressed. The steps you need to take to achieve success, in a general sense, are typically similar. Knowing them is one thing. Taking those steps after listening to this, and taking action, is another. But it starts with knowing them. So go ahead and get started on this new knowledge or important reminder.
Title 3: There are many people who hate their lives. But even when they change their circumstances, something is missing. That could be a vision, a mission, a goal, or just a wrong attitude towards what is going on around them.
You’re not going to be one of these people, because in this audiobook, you will read some of the secrets of life, happiness, patience, success, and a positive mindset. Those who embrace these theories, are just better off in life. They see things clearer and know what they need to do. So encourage you to listen to this audiobook and take in all of this information that will make you think.
Title 4: How can we help ourselves when we are about to give up? How can we stop complaining about the things that are going wrong and simply fix them without feeling self-pity?
These questions may seem trivial, but have you ever pondered these issues? Either way, the point of this audiobook is to help you control and master your emotions, to get rid of an ungrateful, entitled attitude, and to boost your self-confidence. Don’t skip out on this! This will help you feel better, because the things mentioned in here are based on the truth.

Why have history's greatest minds - from George Washington to Frederick the Great to Ralph Waldo Emerson along with today's top performers, from Super Bowl-winning football coaches to CEOs and celebrities - embraced the wisdom of the ancient Stoics? Because they realize that the most valuable wisdom is timeless and that philosophy is for living a better life, not a classroom exercise. The Daily Stoic offers a daily devotional of Stoic insights and exercises, featuring all-new translations.

Story
The brain is a marvelous and complex organ that takes decades to fully mature, and no stage in that long process is more critical than the one we call the “toddler” years. During this period—from about one year old to three years old—a child transforms from a helpless infant into a running, chatting, insatiably curious little person with distinctive traits and interests. So, what is happening in the brain during this metamorphosis? How do humans acquire the motor, linguistic, and social skills that define this vital childhood period? Lise Eliot offers answers to these intriguing questions.

Charissa is a genius
She took the idea of self-discipline, toughness, and perseverance, and turned it into a 4-book series. Then she did us, the listeners, a favor and decided to bundle them up into one big, relatable book. It's awesome. I felt better after I listened to it.

Good stuff
There are a lot of things I loved about this book, but I can only say so much. If you ask me, there is perhaps absolutely nothing better on the market about this specific concept. I carefully appreciated listening to this book. It contains all the components of a publication about this theme that it ought to have. Having said that, I am usually happy about things anyway, bu This is a hidden treasure. This audiobook incorporates useful points. The narrator's voice was just soothing. Did I already mention that it seemed to be really professional? Well, it did. Certainly, and that's the reason that I just liked paying attention to it a lot.

Narrator was great
The narrator seemed so great that I would definitely listen to it in the future. And perhaps more than one time. I cannot remember everything that's being said in these audio books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was actually being mentioned.

I liked bundles like these because they offer so much more value than just a single book. Imagine listening to 13 hours of encouragement, affirmations, tough love, and other motivating material! That's what this book is, nothing less.

Liked it
Not bad in any way. I believe it's one of the best books on the marketplace. I recognized a lot of the important things the author was talking about. Some things reviewed my head, but that's normal for any book that has been composed by a genius. Let me think for a sec ... how should I say this? It was expert, uncomplicated, and understandable. With that being stated, yup, I do highly recommend the audiobook. No question about it.

Impressive
Impressive! Have you actually listened to a book like this one? Dearest audio fans, I hope you find this message. I want you to know that this is an awesome book. I found out a lot just by soaking it all up. The information was terrific, especially if you already understand a tiny bit about the idea. Actually, you might know nothing about it and still follow along easily.

Happy I found it
You won't lament buying this audio book. It delivers what it claims it does. This book should be given an accolade. That's how good it is. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) suggested the most to me. When I heard these things, I immediately knew I had actually made the right choice. This book spoke to me.

This is good
The narrator seems skilled, and the author understands a lot about the subject. I just wanted to write something good about this book. I guess the first number of chapters were my favorite ones, since the entire principle that the title describes, gets discussed. All of the essentials are there. Later on in the book, more depth gets included, and I believe this is what makes it so good.
