Complete Dominance
As an owner of multiple STR’s, I have beyond enjoyed this book. Unfortunately, as I search for other Audible books on the subject, they now all seem to fall flat with the ‘sample now’ button. The quality of the content and the narrator seems to have, perhaps unwittingly, set my expectations too high to enjoy other STR titles. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to the next Avery Carl title.

Podcasts are better
I've listened to Avery on several podcasts (her own included) and have gotten plenty of good information. She is charming and likable, however, it is not her reading this book, which takes away from it. Zero personality from the performance. Some good bits of info, though.

Great information from the expert herself!
This is a comprehensive book on how to start and manage your short term rental. Avery gives such great advice on a wide variety of topics such as what markets to consider to how to get your listing up and running. While I have been learning how to run a short term rental via various books and podcasts, this book lays it out in a systematic fashion that is easy to understand and decipher. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is getting started on their short term rental investments.
