Wish I had this in 2007

I used to own a condo right before the 2008 economic slump - and I wish I had read this book then... would have prevented a lot of financial pain from entering my life. If you’re looking to get into rental properties, educate yourself first! Thanks for producing this book!

Great quick advice for the beginner

There is some great introductory advice for the beginning investor. Well worth the listen. It is hard to rate the narration of an informative book except to say that the speaking was clear and precise.
