Publisher's summary

What exactly is minimalism? How can it be beneficial in this day and age? Simple Living: The Beginners Guide to Minimalism will explain all of that and more.

It can be difficult to make the transition to a more simplified lifestyle, as the trappings of the materialistic lifestyle are extremely strong - but with this book as a guide, it is all pretty easy to do.

The main aim that the author has is to show how minimalism is the way to live a happier, healthier life.

Seriously?

This was a waste of time and money, it's has nothing to do with minimalism. It's basically telling you 'myths of going green'. I don't want to be told about how to compost my trash, or how recycling is beneficial to the world. I was wanting tips for further minimizing my junk.
