For a specific person

If you are a stay at home mom, who just had a baby, have lots of free time and you are a cleaning robot, this book is for you.

The idea of the book is well-meaning. I think many of the suggestions are a bit over zealous though. I also don’t think the author had access to the recent Greenpeace report on what plastic actually is recycled.

If you want the main idea without buying the book: Avoid plastic as much as possible and compost what you can.
