Book 2

This is a great follow up for the first book. Lots of twist and turns although I wish it was longer than 42 minutes

Love this story although I hated Jessica. It dos end with a cliffhanger I know some people, don’t like that but the story is really good and Sam Deeter is one of my favorite narrators.

Everything is Not as It Appears...

Something Wicked: Twisted, Book 2 by Danica Reid, Third Cousins, and narrated by Samuel Deeter picks up right after the events of the last book. Jason has a great concern for Sophie and her well-being. He wants to be there for her so she does not have to deal with this tragedy alone. Complicating matters is his jealous, possessive, and rather self-centered girlfriend who shows up uninvited. Jason will have to deal with the problems of a childhood tormentor now person in need, his girlfriend, and his roommate who has no understanding of anything that has happened so far. The rumors spread about Sophie by his roommate and the cruel nickname he gives only adds to the problems this young woman is dealing with during this tragic time.

For a short story, this feels authentic to the angst and drama that many young people deal with daily while navigating life at college. The narration by Samuel Deeter is once again excellent and engaging in this audiobook. The production quality from Speedy Publishing is also excellent. The audiobook was sharp and clear through the entire performance by Mr. Deeter. I was given this free review copy at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

interesting

twisted is an excellent title for this book. I don't blame the main character at all for breaking up with his girlfriend. she's in need of some help. the ending leaves you wondering and wanting the next book. really can't wait.

This series keeps getting better!

Something Wicked: Twisted, Book 2

By: Danica Reid, Third Cousins Narrated by: Samuel Deeter

My second book in this series and it keeps getting better! I am loving all the new characters; they are all unique and typical at the same time. I know, that sounds like an oxymoron, but trust me, you’ll agree after you read it!
Again, my overall rating for this story is 4 huge Boundless stars. I love Something Wicked and also recommend this story to readers of all ages.

The story continues

This book kind of picks up where book 1 left off. I'm not sure how many books the author plans to make it, but you'll need to read each one to finish the complete story. Sophie is still having problems, and Jason is still trying to play her knight in shining armor. Enter the girlfriend and you have a sticky mess. The story flow is good. I could use a little more descriptors to put me in the story, but overall it's a pretty good series.
