Each song is a gem urging to be discovered by you.Fritz Kahn and The Miracles is a name which is most-likely new to you, but their sound feels familiar; in your childhood, in the movies, maybe even in your dreams. This music follows the path of great composers such as Irving Berlin, George Gershwin and more recently, names such as Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel and Elton John. The familiarity of this sound will astonish you. Despite it being very original, it's something you can sing along to and indulge yourself with. This interview with Fritz is, as always, very interesting and fun.

  • Story & Song #65 bOydestiNy- A unique sound woven within the Urban tapestry.
    Jun 26 2024
To say that bOydestiNy, AKA Anthony Thornton, didn't have an easy start in life is an understatement. He spent the first 10 years of his life in the foster system and, from the way he describes it, he got the worst of it. But then a miracle happened. He was adopted by someone who showed him real love and Anthony's future changed.

As a musician he has played with some of the biggest names in the field of R&B. He had an overwhelming desire to learn.

As an academic Anthony is a professor of science at The University of Florida, Tallahasee in the field of genetics.

He seems to love life and is genuienly filled with graditude.

If you are in a bad place in life for whatever reason, please listen to this conversation with bOydestiNy/ Anthony Thornton. I hope it inspires you to keep on dreaming that anything is possible.
You'll really love his music too! Enjoy.
