Required read for any leader
Should be a required read for any leader. This is a good book to keep around and reflect upon. GREAT book to study year after year!!

Good test! Bad book
Would you try another book from Tom Rath and/or David de Vries?
I don't think I would try another book for Tom Rath but definitely will for David de Vries

amazing insight
amazing insight and true descriptions of each individual strengths. it helped me understand how I see the world and how others around me that have shared their strength with me see the world. it really helps understand Behavior of individuals.

So much good info
It is narrated well and contains a lot of great information. Only thing I wish is that it contained more information about enhancing strengths and working with those with different strengths with more on how to develop them.
