Strength Training for All Ages
While this audiobook is about seniors building strength to live a longer, more healthy and productive life. The workouts and health information are great for all ages. I started making strength training part of my exercise routine over 10 years ago. It has made a very noticeable difference in my body as it ages because the compliments just keep coming. It motivates me to continue to take care of my overall mental and physical health. While listening, I completed some of the exercises and will incorporate them into my daily exercise routines. This is a very valuable book to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness and health. I highly recommend it.
