Narrator keeps randomly changing

Very irritating, randomly the voice will change to record 1 or 2 words throughout the recording. Storyline is good.

It’s a good story line with a great lesson in faith that applies to real life.

Lovely read for summer or any other time of year

I told myself that I would wait until the beach to read this book, but I couldn’t help it. I loved it so very much! My heart is lulled to a perfect summertime rest thanks to Denise Hunter. Connor was a top notch hero and Maddy is the kind of heroine you want to root for! I highly recommend!

Not her best...

I can't say this is my favorite book by Denise. It was really boring and kind of drawn out....

Could not put it down

Loved it. A different kind of story.. With a twist in it. I really enjoy this author

Good story?

I would rather just have someone read the story instead of imposing voices on the characters. The story may be good, I’m not sure, but the voice “acting” killed it. Fake, mispronounced words, and grating on the nerves. Just read the story!

Too much christian

I like the occasional fluff, but there is a christian/religious reference every 15 minutes. Not for me, couldn't return.
