Now I Have The Tools
I loved this book. This book is very eye opening for those of us who love in fear. I love Mel's way to speak, very candid, straight forward. She actually gives the listener the tools to change one's life. This is a great next step after The 5 Second Rule.

A highly valuable, life changing listen for anyone
If you’re familiar with Mel, you know that her style is casual, imperfectly relatable & that her intention is to serve other people. This recent addition to her library is a powerful resource for anyone who is looking to improve the way they view the world, overcome fears, and become the best version of YOU, all told through the examples of others who are going through similar challenges. This is an excellent listen because the people, and Mel’s common sense approach to helping them, will help YOU in ways you may not predict. The best part is that Mel teaches you WHY you’re stuck behind your fears, habits, low self esteem, and why those reasons are OK, you aren’t crazy, you CAN move past your self perceived limits. Buy this audible!!!!

An excellent resource - Mel never disappoints!
I finished Take Control yesterday - it comes with a workbook pdf, but I wanted to just absorb it first. I plan on listening again and doing the workbook along with it this time. There are so many helpful take-aways in this book, it's fantastic.
One day later, I'm at work and had an epiphany about an interaction that blew my mind - it's minor, yet it's major cause it's around a habit that is REALLY not helpful and fear based. After listening to Take Control, it became vividly clear that this habit is complete BS, and now I have the tools to fix it.
Mel is a hero!

Amazing
I could listen to 10 more hours of her coaching people. It’s really refreshing to witness vulnerability and authenticity, and to hear how these people have become stronger because of their willingness to be vulnerable and confront their fears. A masterpiece!

Incredible coaching sessions!
I have been blessed to see Mel speak two times. It’s amazing how far her career has gone in just a few years! The reason I believe she is so super successful, is because she has been willing to look in the mirror, notice her own patterns and make positive changes. And in these coaching sessions, she gets into it with everybody. There are nuggets in each sessions that we can all relate to!

After seeing Mel's TED Talk and reading Jen Sincero's Badass book, I found these Audible sessions. Even if you do not identify with every person Mel coaches, the takeaways are invaluable, offering practical actions you can apply in your life. Really useful and inspiring!
