How seamlessly the story and the legends mixed
This is not my usual genre but I was captivated by the first page. The development of the characters and story was astounding but I loved how the legends brought a new level to how it all connected together. Can’t wait for more from this author!!

I feel like I’ve been on an epic adventure myself!
If you love stories about gods, heroes, and thrilling adventures, then this is the perfect for you! This book takes you on an exciting journey through the world of Norse gods. Each page is filled with fascinating tales that make you feel like you're right there on a Viking ship, sailing through giant seas and discovering new worlds. The stories are not just fun; they are super interesting and teach you a lot about Viking culture and beliefs. The gods are shown with all their strengths and weaknesses, which makes them feel real and relatable. I especially loved the tales where they face huge monsters and use their wits to win battles. The book also has some cool illustrations that help you imagine the characters and settings even better. If you like mythology or adventure stories, this is for you! After reading this book, I feel like I’ve been on an epic adventure myself!

Great acting and storytelling
Firstly, if I could give the performance more stars I would. Great voice acting. You could tell exactly which character was speaking before you were told. Honestly I was thrown at the beginning of each chapter when the performer used their real voice for a moment. As far as story goes, the author manages to create an entire world that you feel a part of, without having to resort to long history lessons or explanations. Everything from the world setup to the interactions of characters with different cultural background all seemed very organic and realistic. By following one main story, in which the characters all tell each other other stories from mythology, the author is able to put the contents of an epic saga all into a 4 hour listen. Highly recommend for any mythology fans.
