Fantastic Audible Book!!!

Piper Stone has written another tantalising, heart-wrenching, and heartwarming story. This story delves into the life changing events that drastically affected the lives of Rex and Cooper. Both characters have returned home for their own reasons. When Rex sees her acting like a spoiled brat and being hateful to others in the bar, he gives her a bare bottom spanking. Although she finds it humiliating, it really turns her on. I enjoyed the fact that as they get to know each other better, Cooper realizes that she needs domestic discipline and sexually desires it. Their chemistry and loves scenes are off of the charts explosive. However, will the demons that haunt them ruin their chance to be together. This story will have twists and turns and bumps along the way.

Ken Solin does an excellent job of portraying the multitude of emotions that these characters will experience. He's a wonderful storyteller that brings the story to life. I highly recommend this Audible book for a listening adventure. If you don't like books with spankings and explicit sex scenes, I highly recommend that you find another book. Thank you, Piper and Ken, for holding my attention the whole time and making it hard to take the occasional breaks.

I loved this story between Rex and Cooper
Both characters have returned to there home town Both have demons in the past that they are trying to work through, they had a little fling when they were younger and have always thought about each other when these 2 charters come together you never know what will happen, this has one heck of a punch They have sizzling chemistry And lots of sexy times this is definitely my kind of audio I love how pepper put these too charters together This was a fabulous audio
piper stone really knows how to make the charter's sizzle with chemistry .
The narration was fabulous it sucks you in and made you want more.

Finding what you need

I enjoyed listening to this book. Great characters, great story. Rex and Cooper have both come back to their hometown. They both have demons to work through. Cooper was being a mouthy brat she acted like she was entitled. Rex decides to teach her some manners. Can they get along, does Cooper learn anything?

meh story

narration was of noted low quality.

Story was weak, as a combat vet. the PTSD pandering was very on the nose, and the military references were full of errors.
If you wana make references about combat service, get someone who was active to help edit.

Narration Took Away From the Story

I am going to have to read this book. I think the book was decent, but the narration was so distracting, I found myself not paying attention. I imagine this narrator is good with some books, but he did nothing at all for this book imo. It was a struggle for me to complete it. The female voice was irritating. When listening to the male voice I felt like the narrator was just reading the book. No real emotion or anything.

I felt like he should have just read the entire book in his regular voice. I guess I didn't hear what the 5 star reviews heard.
