It was good.
The story line killed me with Billie never having apologized to Luca. I never like in these stories where they both hurt one another but only the guy apologizes. Like what kind of nonsense is that?! Billie tried to one up Luca pain and I hate that. “Atleast you had parents” after someone explains to you that their parents made them feel like less than nothing is impossible. & I hate the stubbornness of the character like I’m sorry but every second of every chapter 🤦🏾♀️ for the love of God.

Witty and beautifully performed
I have to say this in case anyone else experiences the same thing. I couldn’t stand either of the main characters at the beginning. I almost put it down and I’m so glad I didn’t. What an enjoyable, feel-good book!
