Brilliant listen
This audiobook is perfect for women wanting a boost in self-confidence and self-love. I loved the way it is structured by day over 30 days and the narration was perfect. Each day offers simple, uplifting exercises that helped me feel more grounded and positive about myself and the daily meditations and affirmations are practical and easy to fit into my routine, making it enjoyable to commit to self-care. By the end of the first week, I could alrady notice a real shift in my mindset, with less negative self-talk and more genuine confidence!. It’s a fantastic, practical guide for anyone looking to embrace self-compassion and feel truly empowered. Its one to listen to again and again!

Hits home for me
Feelings of worthlessness and negative thoughts come naturally when I go through hard times. Listening to this was incredibly reassuring. Fantastic!
I really have enjoyed listening to these affirmations and guided meditations. I listened to the whole book first so I could get a feel for the book. Now that I have I'll be incorporating my listening time into my morning routine as I get ready for work. I'm really looking forward to starting my day this way!

Empowering!
This audiobook is fantastic, in my opinion, as I firmly feel that self-love and self-compassion are among the most crucial qualities one can have. Almost every part of their lives suffers as a result of the large number of people who avoid taking care of themselves. Some people think it is a waste of time to take care of themselves. Quite the opposite. You will be more productive if you take the time to "heal" yourself. Try it even though it seems counterintuitive! Highly recommend it!

Great to hit deep meditative states.
The narrator is excellent for this title as her voice is so calm and positive and gives off an aura of peace and the lovely music playing throughout this great title helps listeners fall into deep meditative states.
Lots of the meditations contain almost progressive muscle relaxation techniques: “feel the relaxation in your arms, now in to your hands…” kind of thing. This is excellent for body scan type meditations that help you lower your brain wave frequencies to hit that sweet spot of meditation.
I love how Heather Nakamura has created a take it day by day kind of vibe with this audio title that helps listeners develop a certain area of their psyche week by week. The cool thing about this is that listeners can go back and repeat specific meditations and affirmations to really lock in particular topics into their greymatter. A good example of this is the idea of repeating day 6 (building meaningful connections) for someone who seeks transformation in the arena of relationships.
Overall, great for the subconscious and getting into deep meditative states.
