Great guide to achieving a stoic mindset
I enjoyed this audiobook a lot. The voice of the narrator was great and easy to listen to. As for the content provided by Adrian Cole, I couldn't have needed to hear this more. Applying these themes into everyday situations in life seem to be easy and so worth the effort. Having the wisdom and emotional stability to handle tense situations when they pop up unexpectedly is a tool that everyone should have.
