Nonsense but funish

I'm not going to be the one to tell you that this is a perfect book. I think that this is the point in the series where the thread is beginning to be lost. At this point we have seen the formula of the POV main character being introduced to the frat boys a few times over. This one attempts to be an enemies to lovers story, but the background plot around Tate is so entirely distracting that I find it difficult to care about the enemies to lovers side of the story. I like that they bring back some of the more interesting characters, but they also find a way to make me not like some of the characters who I already enjoyed in previous books and continue to enjoy in every book except for this one. I don't find Hudson to be a likable love interest, I can't put past how much of a douchey is sometimes. And not to mention the storyline that I said was distracting makes entirely no sense. The resolution is so out of pocket that I can't possibly imagine anyone actually doing that.
