Publisher's summary

You have made your first step toward becoming the kind of person you have always wanted to be. And what kind of person is that? Well, the type of person who can meet new people, break the ice, make connections, and instantly leave an impression in any situation. This may seem like a tall order, but by using time-tested strategies and perspectives from some of the most influential and respected individuals, in no time you will be striking up conversations and using your newfound charisma to enhance your interactions and get the most out of socializing.

Tired of people labeling you as a forgetful person or blowing up on you for checking the score instead of listening to their story about work or a dream they had? Well, there's a reason for that. It's because you're not listening to them. Now, I know what you're thinking: Listening is easy. Well, you're wrong, or you wouldn't be "that person" who everyone thinks lives in their own little world. In fact no matter who you are, we can all learn to listen better. Why? Because active listening is going to revolutionize your life. It's going to change the way you see others, the world around you, and how successful you are. No joke.

Information was good but almost at the end of the book the narrator starts to stop and go and even in one part he knows is so bad that he exclaimed "oh gosh" because of all of the errors of his own lecture. ..I couldn't believe it.
