Publisher's summary
Supernatural entities gather to watch humanity's play "of hopes and fears". They watch the mad folly of human life, controlled by dark forces humans can neither see nor understand. And in the end, all those lives in all those "plays" end the same.

A cassic but terrible performance
I love Poe. I did not enjoy the performance or vocal effects. The music was good though.

I couldn't understand what he was saying. His voice was muffled and there was a lot of background noise.
I would have liked it if I could've heard what he was saying. I like Edgar Allan Poe stories. It would've been read much better if he was just plain talking. Any recommendation on a better audio version? I will delete this one. I was very disappointed.
