Solid and helpful

This book runs the gamut of communication styles and personalities that help one to heighten the view on how to effectively communicate. Armed with the ability to now recognize personalities and styles, the listener ends the material with the ability to stay calm in tense or emotional scenarios, and the ability to respond most effectively. The book also gives some points on styles that are not as well received and others that are more commonly received well and tops it off with anecdotes on cultural interactions that are relatable and informative.
