Vital info for starting a business

While I am not qualified to assess content, I am qualified to assimilate new information. First, I recommend that the user listen to the audio and take notes, followed by keeping paper copy near to hand for ease of embedding desired info.
Beginning with reasons to incorporate, it moves along through definitions, corporate ladder and structure, and bylaws. There is a necessity to have a registered agent and other mandates regardless of state in which incorporation occurs. Also provided is a more detailed description of the exceptions in two particular states. The author provides rather detailed comparisons of types of incorporation including benefits and tax considerations, including an exemplification type of Q & A. Definitions are clear and contextual.
Concluding with clear warnings related to risk management and keeping personal assets separate from the business is a business startup checklist.
Narrator Jack presents the material clearly in voice quality, cadence, and enunciation, thereby making the learning process more effective.

Highly Informative...

I received this audio book as a gift in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I find this audio book highly informative. If you are thinking of investing, going into a business, or buying a business out - then you need to read this book. Learn about the pros and cons in investing and what your liabilities may be (specially if you are buying a business). Learn what all the abbreviations mean after a business name such as Inc, LLC and so on. I thought if I wanted to make an investment or become a share holder, I just buy the stock - WRONG. Many things can cause you financial hardships and / or get you sued.

The author, Robert K Boscarato did a great job on educating me in the financial world! So much information and so much to take in. One should actually read this book several times to really learn the differences and the ropes (especially about tax liabilities). The narrator, Jack Chekijian did a great job delivering this book to us in a flawless and interesting way to keep us listening! I swear this narrator sounds like the narrator on Discovery and History channels. Good job guys!

Waste of money and time listening

BS. There is nothing about business credit. Red it in this book. It repeats itself so much I thought the book started over. I'm very frustrated right now with this bullshit book
