The E-Myth Attorney
Great book. Especially on point if you are practicing Estate Planning but even if you are not still extremely useful. E Myth takes Rich Dad Poor Dad and helps you get down to the actual steps to climb out of the Technician role and into the Entrepreneur role. The misleading thing about these books is that it made me feel like it should happen over night. Don't be discouraged if it takes longer than you think.
