Very cute
Cute kids story. Mark Hamill was almost there in terms of narration. He felt more comfortable with the roles by the end of the book which gives me hope for the future books -- which I've already purchased :)

Still as good as I remember!
I first read these as a kid after falling in love with the movie with it first came out, and coming back all these years to this story.. well it's just as good as I remember! Do yourself a favor, and get this!

the characters are likable, the story is easy to follow.
it's an engaging story so far, the characters are likable and easy to follow. I highly recommend people read the 1st book of the spiderwick chronicles, I'm sure you enjoyed it.

I’m kind of doing things backwards
I saw the movie first, and I’m hearing the book 2nd but I think I’m going to buy the series at least the second book based on what I heard I wish somebody different and narrated
