About this listen

Jack was a genius. He had been tested. He knew it; everyone knew it. Jack was logical. Jack knew it was impossible to hit a ghost with his car. He managed to get it done. Jack didn't believe in spirits or ghosts, so why was this one haunting him in his dreams. "Save me", she begged repeatedly. "Save me before it's too late". The Ghost in the Mini Skirt is a murder mystery/ghost story, except to Terri; Terri tells me it is a love story. In fact, Terri tells me it's her love story. Terri is an out of work dancer from Las Vegas who happens to be gorgeous. She's pretty enough to convince a computer hacking genius, who does not believe in ghosts, that helping her solve the 50-year-old crime is the right thing to do.

A great read.

Enjoying the story is what makes for a great book. I think of it as a bonus when seemingly unrelated story lines converge.

Great read

I couldn’t put down once I started, this played out like a movie in my mind. Everything just flowed together so well that I saw it in color.
I was disappointed when it ended. I wanted this story to last another 600 miles.

A lot of fun

I don't like mysteries that involve supernatural players.... but I really liked this one. The ghost was rarely about but the cold case was very present. There were surprises aplenty that had nothing to do with ghosts.. Fun, interesting, a good book and a nice change of pace.

On the Spectrum!

In today’s parlance Jack Mill has to be considered, “On the Spectrum”! In the old days before every word was so scrutinized to see just how we can be offended by it, Jack would likely be said to have “Asperger’s Syndrome”. Although at times assholers syndrome might seem closer to the truth. I really did not like this book in the beginning, and I felt that the narrator was doing a very poor job. But I gave it time because there were some things that stood out and now I believe that the author was a genius in the way he wrote the character and the way he communicated the storyline as if in the main character. In retrospect, I love the book, even though the narrator is not my favorite. I think he did his job well. If you have any interest in computers or any interest in romance, or any interest in the paranormal, I highly recommend this book!
