Publisher's summary

Venice, 1902. A Holmes and Watson adventure featuring amorous women, Ukrainian bruisers, an English policeman whose wit is rather trying, Venetian churches, and the odd Tintoretto or two.

Holmes & Watson in Venice

Good story with twists and turns which is characteristic of a Holmes & Watson adventure. The ending is a surprise. The narration is very good. I received a free audiobook code for my honest review.

Watson Incident

Sherlock Homes and Doctor Watson arrive in Venice, to help a client, and discover more than they anticipated. A crime ring within a frivolous group of luxurious holiday adventurers.

A very good pastiche with a surprise ending

Most Doyle wannabes fall flat for me but this was well done with a completely unforeseen ending. I liked it.

Loved it!

After finishing a case for the Pope, Holmes and Watson accept an invitation to visit Venice. Of course, they end doing a lot more than sightseeing.

A little favour ends becoming a tangled web of conspiracies and murder. Do I need to say that I'm more than happy at the important role that Watson has in this book? Yeah, I thought so *laughs*

And that ending! Oh, that ending is just... perfect.

Another wonderful read. Looks like I'm in a roll :P
