she gets to the root of the problem

Kristen boss is incredible! her academy is a package deal where you can get coaching that will help you not just in your business but in your day-to-day life in relationship and everything you struggle with.
her coaching is unique and so effective them blown away every time I listen to her.

this podcast is wonderful but what you get in the academy is so much more worth every penny I will do it again and again if I had to.

Falling in love with the process

Kristen's diet/business analogies always connect with me, but this episode just drove it home! I found myself nodding & yelling out, "YES!" throughout the entire episode! Lol, I can imagine what the passing cars thought! The importance of creating those new neuropathways was clearly illustrated & I always feel like I have a better understanding of my business & myself after I listen to Kristen's podcasts - thank you!

excellent podcast if you want to start out in online business. everyone else is sharing three steps ahead and that's great when you need that but Kristin's podcast gives you the foundational steps

Incredibly valuable podcast

I have read Kristen's book Pivot to Purpose and have listened to A LOT of her podcasts. The content is grounded, authentic and simply excellent. Kristen really shows you the obstacles that hold us back from living and growing sustainably. We all want growth and fulfilment and she offers so much CLARITY on what's holding us back from finding it in a way that is filled with ease and grace. Life is not Easy but our journey can be done with ease vs the busy, overwhelmed train most people have jumped on and have been led to believe is the "fast" path to success. Thank you for showing up and inviting us to do it a better more holistic way Kristen, so we can embrace the discomfort that happens when we step into our growth zone and evolve into the best version of ourselves, as we learn to love the process. True fulfilment happens as part of embracing all our emotions and not quitting on ourselves, while always owning our self-worth.

Listened twice within 24 hours

First time listening to Kristen’s guest Justin. Was very helpful to hear the interview and learn about the different types of stress and how it can affect our body as well as the results we are looking for in our lives. Highly recommend this podcast and this episode!
