His jaw clenches and his eyes flash from gray to green. I feel Neoma come to the surface, letting her eyes shine their lighter blue to my dark ones. She’s not happy with the comment either. His nostrils flare. It’s considered a challenge. He growls low and my temper gets the better of me… I match it. I can see if only for a split second it surprises him.
“It’s a simple question,” he says. “If you have nothing to hide.”

Interesting storyline and I like that you’ve got the perspective of both the male and female lead characters I wish There would have been two narrators, male and female.

fabulous shifter tale
okay... soooo not fair to leave of with a cliffhanger like that! Love the story, the characters, the relationships and NEED to know how this ends! Narration was great also so truly recommend!

Good story
I prefer books with m/f narrators but she did a good job. Story had a good buildup and then good action. I prefer more heat between FMC and MMC also but this was romantic.
