Laughter and tears.
As one who typically only reads non-fiction, I was captivated by this novel. I am pleasantly surprised that I could be touched by characters and the story. I laughed and cried and felt connected to Nina. I have been converted to a reader who will give fiction a chance again next time.

voice narration good
I thought the plot was a bit unreasonable for me. I do live in Washington so the familiar places were gun.
