Resumen del Editor

The Sovereign Hierarchy of Leviathan leaves nothing to chance. Their strategists are the greatest in the galaxy, utilizing the tiniest details. Before unleashing the perfect invasion, they send Senior Dax to Earth.

The cyber spy will assassinate the Lord High Admiral, throwing Star Watch into panic as one after another of their highest officials die hideous, unstoppable deaths.

Maddox realizes his grandmother, the Iron Lady, is next. Hell, no! While the rest of Star Watch dithers, he breaks into a maximum security prison in Antarctica, freeing Becker from stasis. Becker is humanity's strongest telepath, once a terrifying agent of aliens who almost overthrew the Commonwealth.

Can Maddox trust Becker or find the lever to force the telepaths help?

This is the beginning of a secret war of spy vs. spy and weird tech as Maddox seeks to stop an alien invasion from starting because he knows it cannot be beaten.

Introduction of Gigantic War Machines

The players and the stakes keep getting bigger and bigger… this is fantastic and the Maddox character is truly incredible and ore inspiring in every way. Becker is a really likable character too, coming to grips with his super human abilities and his somewhat sad past….let him have his herom…

Another Great Adventure

I really enjoy this series and always look forward to the next book. I do my best to start each book slowly, but as the excitement builds it becomes harder and harder to stop listening, and it's suddenly over.

New Big Bads coming to the forfront

I feel like this story was good compared to the last three but as the series lumbers on the author keeps sneaking in a modern political ques particularly conservative ones. Upon reflection, it becomes plain that heterosexuality and it's assumed ubiquity has been a plot device throughout this series. The naming of a far future heroic lost ship in battle after a racist pro slavery traitor is a blatant nod to a modern "anti woke" tendancy that comes to the surface of these stories. After over twenty books I am done with this series and this author.
