power of nature and the human spirit
I really enjoyed reading this book, it's a great book that teaches you all about the history and science of magic mushrooms, and even shows you how to grow your own. The author does a good job of explaining the benefits and risks of using these mushrooms for personal growth and healing. It's not a very long book, just a little over 3 hours. so i pretty much finished it couple days commute and it's good to learn something during a boring drive.

This was honestly fascinating
This audiobook is a full fledged guide on everything psilocybin mushrooms. From the historical context, to the science, to how to cultivate them for yourself—you are in for a wild ride.
