I lost 39 lbs and felt better than ever
I have done the master cleanse before! about 10 years ago I was going to do a vegan food challenge to cut out meat for 2 weeks. But before the challenge the instruction were to to do the 10 day Master cleans to get ready for the transformation.. but instead of 10 days I lasted 21 days and felt like a new person!!! I wasn't doing it for weight lost but ended loosing 39 pounds and did not gain it back until a couple of years later , I went back to old habits and diet. i didn't know really what I was doing!!!! its time again today is day 2 and After listing to this health Guru Mike I'm ready for this adventure again . there were things I did wrong and he pointed them out in this lecture. this was the best I've herd the master cleanse explained. A must read before starting i agree thank you Sir!!

Great info and breakdown
I though the book laid out the cleanse well with what and why… what to expect and how to make it happen.
The reading was very bland with zeroooo expression and very monotone but, it is what it is. Overall, glad I listened.

Perfect and concise
For anyone looking for clean instruction with no fluff, here it is..
I also recommend reading Prof Arnold Ehrets Mucusless Diet Healing System to learn the lifestyle and where most of the master cleanse(unrelated to this book) information was no doubt derived, however they would compliment each other nicely!
