  • The Mental Knot with Scott Freymuller focuses on improving the mental health of our community.The Mental Knot is a platform for discussions on the impact of trauma as it relates to mental health. Unhealed trauma translates to behavior that plays out in relationships, friendships, parenting, and business. The mission of the Mental Knot is to help identify “red flags” and out-of-character behaviors through our content, and help people begin the healing process. The (Mental) Knot Foundation is a private, philanthropic organization focused on funding and participating in mental health with community program development and partnerships. The Foundation’s efforts place an emphasis on raising awareness, and creating resources, programs and technology that support the mental health of those that have experienced traumatic life events. As Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of the Foundation, Scott continuously cultivates relationships and seeks opportunities to bridge the gap where the The Knot Foundation and The Mental Knot Program can continue to empower mental health.
