Good for people that didn’t have therapy already
This is very easy to follow, although I would have loved it if the narrator used a bit more enthousiasm. He doesn’t narrate with a monotone voice so check the sample if you like it or would be bothered by it, the sample is a great check for the entire audiobook. For someone who has followed CBT and DBT (check online and youtube, you’ll find all the info needed to know what these mean), this is just a nice reminder. Nothing new but maybe brought in a better way than their therapy
