Joanne Witt was struggling to get control of her teenage daughter. Things got worse when 14 year old Tylar Witt started dating 19 year old Steven Colver. Joanne threatened to get the police involved if Steven didn't stop coming around. It would turn out that was the final straw for Tylar and Steven.
