Awesome!

The author gave such great details and instructions of how to I’ve tried canning and kept failing with other tutorials. This book goes into important detail about types, sizes, ph balance, and more. So much more than other content. The book is well organized and so I can return to specific sections when needed to remind myself. Highly recommended.
