Excellent book!
I loved this book. The author describes why positive thinking is such a valuable skill, and provides practical ways to develop positivity. I think it's very well thought out and researched, and definitely a must-read.
I particularly recommend this book for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, or just negativity in general.
