Great insight on money

If you could sum up The Power of Money in three words, what would they be?

Insightful, practical, beneficial

What did you like best about this story?

Not really a story. input was instructional about the power of money and it's potential benefits and pitfalls in our lives. Presenters were very knowledgeable, had tremendous insights to share in a way that made it practical and meaningful to me in my life-situation. I drew many personal benefits from the material and have listened to it a few times so far.

The Tithe or Grace?

Trying to use the new testament to prove you must tithe is requiring one to be back under the old laws, rules, and rituals. Paul covered this in Galatians and Romans. If you want to follow the law and any of the old worn out, obsolete covenants then you are choosing the Law for a savior and not Jesus. Giving is a Gift of the Spirit, Grace and a required tithe is a rule of law something we must do, therefore a work of the flesh.

Money....it can make you or break you!!!

What made the experience of listening to The Power of Money the most enjoyable?

Discovering new teachers/pastors and learning about financial success, the problems money can cause and the importance of tithing.

What did you like best about this story?

The humour and practical wisdom each of the teachers imparted.

What about the narrators’s performance did you like?

All four speakers were excellent, however I did not know who each of them was when they began speaking, making it difficult to consider purchasing more of their teachings. The only one who mentioned his own name was Francis Chan and I have subsequently downloaded two of his books.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

You could as it was broken up into 4 parts, making it easy to absorb the information and maintain concentration.

Any additional comments?

Was a much enjoyed download - not a book per se, rather a collection of teachings given live in a church setting.

Really helpful, see money in a different perspective

It is a compilations of preaches, Some much better than others. But each will provide you with a different biblical aspect on how to handle and see money. It is incredibly helpful for Christian Living.
