A MUST read /listen
I had the pleasure of meeting the author, Jorge, at a Dr Joe Dispenza event (he references Dr Joe in his book) and when I heard he wrote a book I knew I needed to buy it. It did NOT disappoint. In fact I had many "ah ha" moments and moments that really touched my heart. So much so I just purchased the audiobook for one of my friends.
I love the book is also narrated by the author as it brings another layer of authenticity to the book. You can't help but hear his feelings in his voice. Rate of speed was perfect for me as well. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did.

Excellent & Practical Spiritual Insight
In just a few moments of listening to this on audio I was laughing out loud at the gym repeatedly. I love Jorge Perez is clever and hilarious insights as to how to dump the incessant negative mental chatter so ubiquitous in our world today! I stopped the recording many times to rewind and listen to all the uplifting and life changing quotes from top world thinkers. I have recommended this book to clients and mastermind groups I lead. Great job Jorge!
